While on my new favorite site (http://www.pinterest.com/) I came across these lovlies.

Vodka Nails.

Want to know how?

1. Paint your Nails.

2. Let dry (completely!)

3. Take newspaper, wet with Vodka (I hear rubbing alcohol works too).

4. Press against your nails, hold for 20 seconds, peel off.

5. Paint over top with clear polish to avoid chipping.

Creative no?

Not Sure

So I had an experience tonight that made my heart hurt, a lot.

You hear people talk about the rock and the hard place like those are actual things... places.

And they most definitely are. Because I see the problem, and I.... I just don't know how to fix it.

I know how to try and make it better, but I've tried in the past, and it's never worked out.

But I hate what's happening so badly. And I hate that I try to change things and it doesn't work.

I hate talking to the very few people I have talked to and they tell me to 'pray about it'.

Well hell, I HAVE been praying about it. For a long damn time.

And not just once a day, but a lot.

Sincerely.

And I wouldn't be writing this post, and feeling the way I am feeling, if something had happened.

Because it hasn't.

I am pissed off, and aggrieved, and emotional about it.

And my heart is hurting, and I don't have an effing clue what to do now.

Best Bandaid Ever

Seriously? Why didn't they have these when I was younger?

All I had to tape onto my skin was the gummi bears, my little pony, and those awful thick bandage ones you got at school that stuck to your skin like they'd never come off. The ones that looked like a strip of cardboard taped to your arm from the distance, and you kept them on longer than necessary simply because you knew the agony taking them off would bring.

From these awesome bandaids I would have chosen,

1. Jousting

and then

2. Dance Off.

I LOVE quotes, funny or inspirational I LOVE them.

I had originally picked a quote from a philosopher back in the 13 or 14th century, and it was AMAZING, but then I lost it.

So, this is the new vinyl I just had cut for the nook wall above my kitchen table....
