I've been killing it in my workouts lately. This entire week I've ran 3.5 miles every.single.day. Worked my abs every single day. And on top of that alternated between leg and arm workouts.
I'm seeing a difference in my arms already. I was lifting weights the night before last, and every time I curled, my biceps looked sick. It was kind of awesome.
I'm getting in at least an hour of working out every day, but most days I'm between 1.5 and 1.75 hours. So I'm feeling pretty accomplished. I'm back to running a mile or more, flat out without losing my breath. And it feels good.
This made me laugh.
The was the warning that popped up when I entered in my daily info into My Fitness Pal on my phone. I consumed the perfect amount of calories for the day. But when I entered in my workout details, that's when I got this warning.
I don't think My Fitness Pal realizes that I'm going to crack soon and consume my weight in Bajio's Chicken Green Chile Quesadillas.

Good job with your workouts! That warning is kinda funny; I figure as long as you eat when you're hungry and make healthy choices you're good to go!
